PRODUCT QUALITY
Due to the manufacturing process of our sculptures, there is a subtle difference in every one of them. All mold lines are sanded off but are visibly present and resin color slightly vary for each piece. Minor cleanup may be required. This is perfectly normal and intended. The sculptures are cast in a neutral grey resin to best showcase form and detail. Resin sculptures come with an exclusive signed artist proof, unique to each design unless specified otherwise. Assembly is required for some kits.

PRE-ORDERS: 

Pre-Orders require payment up front, in full. If you place your Pre-Order order along with additional In Stock items, we will hold all the items and ship them together once your Pre-Order is available to ship. If you do not want in stock items to be held until your Pre-Order is available, please place separate orders.

 

PAYMENT: 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. We do NOT accept checks or money orders.

CANCELLATION: 

To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision to ensure immediate processing.

Effects of cancellation: We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.

Note that: after payment has been process will result in a penalty of 30% retail selling price of the item.

We will use the same means of payment or we will choose one at our discretion.

Exception to the right of cancellation: You cannot cancel your order for the supply of Content if the delivery has started upon your request and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your cancellation right.

RETURNS: 

Sales at UROBORO are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is significant damage. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges items already assembled. Please note: UROBORO will only accept defective returns for items that are received in their original packaging with all the accessories, plastic packaging, and anything else that came with the item included.

Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

As with all hand crafted products, no two pieces of products are exactly the same; there are bound to be slight differences or minor imperfections (defined as non-visible in normal usage or viewing conditions).  Serious defects are defined as;

- Obvious visible cracks, chips, paint scratches (From a distance)

- Missing parts or pieces.

 

If your merchandise has significant manufacturing defect (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we'll happily exchange it for the same non-damaged item; if the item is no longer in stock it may be exchanged for another item of equal value. 

You must contact UROBORO within TEN (10) DAYS of the receipt of shipment in order to qualify for an exchange. Returns made without contacting UROBORO in writing will not be honored. Please direct all return inquiries to uroborocreations@gmail.com stating with photo proof of the issue. Within 48 hours, we will evaluate your return request and contact you. 

We will pay for return shipping only when the return / exchange as a result of our error such as a serious defect, collectible damages, or an error in filling your order. If the purchase is being returned for any other reason than those previously stated, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges, including those to return the item(s) to us.

 

SHIPPING: 

International and domestic.

Buyers are responsible for their own country custom tax and if they seek to bypass the their custom tax law, it is buyer responsibility to inform us on the necessary steps.

By default, all items will be declare as Full Value for shipment unless otherwise stated by customers. For customers that wish to declare the product as another value during shipment, do leave us a note during checkout section.

Shipping Metod:

• USPS Express Mail International.

• Delivery time estimated for domestic orders at 3-5 business days.

• Delivery time estimated for international orders at 10-15 business days. This time frame is not guaranteed and does not include time taken by customs in your country to clear the package.

• Online tracking available, please contact us to get your tracking number.
